Verbal-Only “Walk & Talk” Inspection Services
We offer our clients the opportunity to check out potential properties through verbal-only “Walk & Talk” inspections. These inspections are perfect for real estate investors or for homeowners who simply want information about their existing property – but at a lower cost. These limited verbal inspections provide no written report and can be tailored to the client’s needs. Our verbal-only inspections are an excellent way to get a trained inspector’s opinion of a property but at a reduced fee. Please contact us for further details, pricing and restrictions pertaining to verbal-only inspections. Call us at (314) 238-6639. Please note that the Walk & Talk inspections are not recommended for property buyers who are under a traditional real estate contract.
WDI, Sewer Lateral and Radon Services
Using trusted and professional third party companies, Moore Home Inspection Services can also provide the following additional services. These services are typically performed concurrently with our general home inspection services and are included under a single invoice to our clients as a convenience. This saves time and makes payment quick and easy!
Please call us at (314) 238-6639 for pricing on the following inspection services:
Often referred to as a “termite inspection”, this is an examination of the structure to determine the presence of any wood destroying insects. This service is typically performed at the same time as the general inspection and is performed by a third party State Licensed inspection company. We typically utilize the services of Eagle Pest Control Services for WDI inspections.
This is a video inspection of the sewer lines which reside below the home (below the slab/basement and exterior grade) and which travel laterally to the main sewer system or septic tank. This service is typically performed at the same time as the general inspection and is performed by a qualified third party inspection company. We typically utilize the services of The Sewer Pros for sewer lateral video inspections.
Radon gas is a harmful gas which can build up to unsafe levels within a home. A radon gas test provides the overall average radon gas levels found within a residential property within a specified period of time. This testing service is most often performed over a 2 day period (either before, during or after the scheduled home inspection) and is performed by a qualified third party inspection company. We typically utilize the services of Midwest Radon Testing for radon gas tests. For more radon information on radon gas, visit the Environmental Protection Agency website at http://www.epa.gov/radon/
