Residential Building Inspections

Systems Included in the Inspection:

Inspections cover all readily accessible areas of the home and focus on the condition of systems and components relative to general maintenance, structural integrity, occupant health and safe usage. The report provided describes the systems and components inspected which are significantly deficient or near the end of their service lives, in the professional opinion of the inspector. If not self-evident, report includes an explanation of the potential causes of the deficiencies and recommended corrective actions.

Radon Gas Testing

The continuous radon monitor used by Moore Home Inspection Services is the most accurate and reliable radon measurement device used today.

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has affirmed that continuous radon monitors provide accurate results in radon measurement, even at very low levels. The EPA Protocols require that continuous monitors require skilled operators, duplicate measurements every 10th test to insure precision, annual calibration, and bi-annual cross-checks. In addition to ASHI Certified homeowner inspections, Moore Home Inspection Services offers specialized property inspection services just for the real estate investor!

This investor-specific program is called the "Rehab Right" program and it's designed to meet the needs of the real estate investor throughout the entire property acquisition period - from initial exploration to final punch lists. 

In the Rehab Right program, we not only assist with determining initial property conditions, but we can also inspect the progress and completion of your contractor's renovations during the initial renovation period! Are you an out-of-town investor or simply too busy to make regular visits to your property?  Let us be your trusted eyes and ears for you.  You have many options available to you.

Plus, our Rehab Right inspections provide all of the important information you need about a property and none of the extra details normally found in a standard 40-50 page home inspection report.  Since the Rehab Right reports are more concise, so are the fees! The fees for the Rehab Right program are approximately 35-40% lower than our standard home inspection fees!
